March 30, 2025. First event of the year! Luckily I had inventory left over from the previous year and had started prepping early because I suffered an injury to my finger in February. I was excited to try out an event in the spring and introduce different items. Unfortunately the weather was not great, so traffic was quite slow.
This event took place as the Elks Lodge in Rochester, NH and was hosted by the Rochester Emblem Club. The staff members and fellow crafters were very friendly. Had the weather not been cold and rainy, I feel like we would have had a great turnout. I look forward to hopefully be able to participate in their holiday event later this year!
Customer highlight has to go to all the adorable and lovely children who were so enthralled with my plushies. I had a set of sisters each grab a wonky leggy frog plush (that I wasn’t even going to put out) and another set of sisters snagged a chicken each! My baby bee plushies were also a big hit amongst customers! I also received my first online order from someone who spotted the Bunny Doll in my stories!!
