September 21, 2024. My second market in the books and boy did it blow me away! This event took place at the Vintage Hill assisted living facility in Pittsfield, NH. Similar to my first craft fair, the weather was cold, wet and dreary. I didn’t have high hopes as I was setting up my displays, but I hoped for the best.
The highlight of the day had to be when the sweetest resident came all the way to my booth (which was the last one in line) to say hi. She was two weeks shy of her 103rd birthday and according to her daughter, she never travels as far as she did to check out my booth!
Another memorable moment was the lovely young lady who purchased a yellow bandana for her sweet little pup Ada! She was even nice enough to send me a photo of Ada in her new cozy creation!
Turns out nobody was letting a little rain ruin their day! I am so grateful for all of the wonderful customers who admired my pieces and made my day by purchasing some crochet creations!
